Before you visit...

  1. Click on the appropriate program application form above to download and print all applicable application forms
  2. Only FULLY COMPLETED application forms will be processed.
  3. Gather the completed forms from Step 1 then contact our office to arrange an appointment to meet with a Housing Advisor. The Administration Office is open from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday with extended office hours on Thursday evenings until 7:00 p.m. The office is closed on statutory holidays.

At our office...

  1. Attend your specified appointment to discuss your housing needs with a Housing Advisor.  Please ensure that you complete all applicable application forms  and bring them with you to your appointment.   

After you have applied...

  1. The processing of your application will be completed as quickly as possible. You will be contacted by a Housing Advisor to advise you of your eligiblity. If you are eligible you will be put on a waiting list for the program(s) you applied for. Due to high demand for all of our programs, we are unable to say when housing or a subsidy will be available.
  2. Leduc Regional Housing Foundation (LRHF) will contact you when they have a housing unit or subsidy available for you. Housing units and subsidies are given to applicants based on need. They are not granted on a first come, first serve basis. LRHF keeps all eligible applications until they have been granted a housing unit or subsidy, as long as your information is kept accurate and up-to-date.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep Leduc Regional Housing Foundation informed of any changes in your current contact information and financial situation..
