Payment of Rent

Rent payments are due in full on the 1st business day of each month.

Residents/Tenants may make their rent payments in the following manner:

  • Cash (exact amount is required as change is not available).  Cash payments must be made in person during regular office hours.
  • Cheques may be mailed to Leduc Regional Housing Foundation, or dropped off at the Administration Office during regular office hours or via our after-hours drop box, located in at the rear of the Administration Office.
  • Debit during regular office hours.

  • Pre-Authorized Debit withdrawn from directly your bank account on the first of the month.  If you wish to have your rent withdrawn automatically from your bank account please complete the Pre-Authorized Debit Form below and return it to the Administration Office.

Rent received after Rent Day shall be considered late.  All late rent shall be paid at the Foundation Administration Office. Late charges of a $5 flat fee plus $1 per day from the first of the month, shall be applied.  If an account has an outstanding balance which consists of late charges only, a penalty of $5 (no per day charge) shall be applied.

NSF Payment

A $25 NSF payment charge is assessed for dishonoured cheques or pre-authorized debits. (All charges are subject to change without notice.)
