Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys
working in a team environment. This casual position will be required to work a variety of
shifts. Shifts will include afternoons and nights. Applicants should be prepared and able
to work all shifts. Duties may include kitchen-related responsibilities such as cleaning,
and food preparation or housekeeping responsibilities and other duties as assigned. A
high standard of service is expected.

Qualifications: Previous cooking experience, strong work ethic, WHMIS and Standard
First Aid Certificate would be an asset; A sincere interest in working with and meeting the
needs of our residents.

Maintenance Worker I – Full-Time
Leduc AB

Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a permanent, Full-time Maintenance Worker I position (37.5 hours/week). Reporting to the Site & Asset Manager, the Maintenance Worker I will complete routine building maintenance duties, including minor electrical, plumbing, heating and carpentry and maintains the buildings grounds to a high standard ensuing that quality service is provided to the residents and tenants within the Leduc Region.


1. Experience maintaining grounds.
2. Experience completing minor building repairs.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. High School Diploma or GED equivalent
5. Unrestricted Class 5 Drivers license
6. Criminal and Vulnerable Sector Check
7. W.H.M.I.S. Training
8. Standard First Aid certificate
9. A sincere desire and ability to work in the housing industry.

Salary Compensation: Min: $20.16 Mid: $22.23 Max: $24.51
