Job Posting - TSM

Tenant Services Manager


Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a team environment.  Reporting to the Executive Director, the Tenant Services Manager (TSM) is responsible for the delivery of Leduc Regional Housing Foundation’s (LRHF) tenant services programs (seniors’ apartment, non-seniors’ housing, and rent supplement) within the Leduc Region. Embracing LRHF’s Values of Professionalism, Team Work, Compassion, Innovation and Accountability, the TSM leads the Tenant Services Team to provide a high standard of property management services.  The TSM is a member of the Senior Management Team coordinating operational and long term planning.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Post-secondary education in a related degree (i.e. CPM, CIH) with 5 years’ experience in property management.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills to build productive staff teams with 5 years’ supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies & Alberta Housing Act and Regulations.
  • Experience in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • work under pressure, multi-task conflicting demands, meet deadlines
    • maintain confidentiality, and deal with sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
    • prepare complex budget and statistical reports
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Software, YARDI is an asset.
  • Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks utilizing strong time management skills.
  • Valid Alberta Driver’s Licence.
